The Island
Colony Hotel/Condominium is a 44 story high rise
located
in the heart of Waikiki. This very popular economy condominium is
one of the tallest in Waikiki. If you want to be near everything
in Waikiki, this is the place to stay. Easy walking distance to
the International Marketplace, and minutes away from the Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center, and the World Famous Waikiki beaches.
One minute away is the Ala Wai Canal where you can see many canoe
paddlers. Along the Ala Wai, it is perfect for taking an early
morning or late evening walk or jog.
The Island Colony Condominium features a
beautiful spacious pool
and large sun deck. Also included are a sauna, jacuzzi, mini
store, massage and acupuncture facilities, care rental,
restaurants, jewelry store, and 24 hour security. The Island
Colony is known for its extra large lanai (balcony), and
outstanding views that include Diamond Head Crater, Waikiki
Beach, the Pacific Ocean, the Ala Wai Golf Course, and the
Ko'olau mountain ranges. The Island Colony Condominium
has Hotel operations on the premises, but all my
condominium rental units are private rooms.

The
Hawaiian
Monarch
Hotel/Condominium is a 44 story high rise offering
breathtaking views in all directions. Located
at
the entrance of Waikiki, the Hawaiian Monarch is a very short
walking distance from the Hawaii Convention Center.
The Hawaiian Monarch is only a few minutes walk to the
beaches, and one block away from the large and beautiful Fort
DeRussy Park. with tennis courts.
The Hawaiian Monarch Condominium does not have
lanais
(balconies), but does have extra large "wall size" windows, that
open all the way to help keep an "open feel" in the rooms.
Amenities include a large pool with sun deck, a sports bar, mini
car and motorcycle rentals, mini store, breakfast, lunch and
dinner eating facilities, and its own pay laundry facilities.
Parking is also available for purchase on premises. The Hawaiian
Monarch has recently been upgraded with new carpet, paint, and
new shops and clubs to enjoy. The Hawaiian Monarch
has Hotel operations on premises, but all my condominium
rental units are private.

The Waikiki
Banyan Hotel/Condominium is a family favorite
resort
offering extra space - extra comfort - and extra privacy - in a
large one-bedroom condominium suite located only a few blocks
from the beach, and on the Diamond Head side of Waikiki. Lobby is
graced with a waterfall fishpond and photos of "Old Hawaii" with
impressive lacquer artwork, hand carved and painted in Hong
Kong.
The Waikiki Banyan Condominium has Hotel
operations on premises,
but my condominium rental units are private. All suites feature a
fully-equipped kitchen and lanai (balcony). Furnished living room
(with sofa bed), and a separate bedroom with a king size bed.
This is a family-friendly resort with a mini playground for the
kids. Spacious recreation deck offering a large swimming pool, 2
hot tubs, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, barbecue and
picnic area.

The Aqua
Waikiki Marina Hotel/Condominium is conveniently
located
at the entrance to Waikiki, just a very short walk to Ala Moana
Shopping Center, the Hawaiian Convention Center, Magic Island
Beach Park, World Class Dining and Waikiki's Night life. The Aqua
Marina is only one block from the ocean and
beaches in Waikiki, and situated to enjoy
the
Marina and Yacht Harbor views.
Near the Ilikai, the Waikiki Marina Condominium
offers great
views of the Pacific Ocean. Your journey starts with the city and
mountain views on your way up to your room using one of 2 "Glass
Enclosed Elevators". After enjoying the breathtaking views, enjoy
a game of tennis or simply relax at the pool and spa, all nestled
within a truly unique tropical garden setting. The Aqua Waikiki
Marina condominium has Hotel operations on
premises, but my condominium rental units are
private.

The Waikiki
Grand Hotel/Condominium is a low rise Condominium,
but
very well maintained. Conveniently located across from Kapiolani
Park, Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo and the Aquarium. Only a half a
block stroll to the famous Queen Surf Beach. Enjoy the ocean,
waves and later watch the beautiful sunsets. If you love the
beach, then this is one of the best locations to get there
fast!
The Waikiki Grand Condominium is home to Hulas
Bar & Lei
Stand, the fabulous "gay" bar and nightclub in Waikiki. It is
located on at the end of Waikiki closest to Diamond Head. The
Waikiki Grand Condominium has Hotel
operations on
premises, but my condominium rental units are
private.

The Waikiki
Townhouse Condominium is a private Condominium near
the
center of Waikiki. Only blocks from Kings Village and the
International Market Place. Easy walk to the World Famous Waikiki
Beaches. This is a private Condominium with only 4 units per
floor. No Hotel operations so you will live with mostly local
residents, and long term guests. Rooms are spacious, and include
a washer and dryer in the unit with a full kitchen!
The Waikiki Townhouse Condominium has no pool
and limited
amenities. Access the Waikiki Townhouse rooftop, 30 plus floors
above, and enjoy spectacular 360% views of Waikiki and beyond.
Certainly a unique view most visitors will never have the
privilege of seeing. Stay local.... stay at the Waikiki Townhouse
Condominium. Parking is not included with room
rentals.
